Description

The 5-in-1 is a lighter aimed at cigar smokers who would rather carry one piece than a full kit. It brings together the most-used cigar tools in a single body: a double-jet torch, a V-cutter, a straight cutter, a cigar punch, a draw enhancer, and a small rest to lay the cigar between draws.

The body is stainless steel, measuring roughly 8 x 4 x 2 cm, and feels solid in the hand. One side of the lighter has a small fuel window so you can see how much butane is left, which is useful to avoid running out of gas mid-light. The flame is dialed in from the bottom wheel and stays stable in light outdoor breeze, enough for patio and outdoor use.

The V-cutter opens the head of the cigar with a wedge cut, and the straight cutter is there as an alternative. The 0.3" punch pierces the foot for smokers who prefer that style, and works with ring gauges up to about 60 according to the manufacturer. The set ships in a gift-style box, so it works as a present without extra wrapping.

Like most butane torch lighters, the unit arrives empty due to postal rules for pressurized products. You fill it from the bottom valve with a standard refillable butane can.

Why You'll Like It

• Six functions in one body: double jet, V-cutter, straight cutter, punch, draw enhancer, and cigar rest
• Stainless steel body, more resistant to daily use than zinc alternatives
• Fuel window shows butane level at a glance
• Gift box included, presentable as a gift
• Compact size fits a pocket or desk kit

Before You Buy

• Butane is not included; you will need a refill can sold separately
• The Shabby Chic finish is decorative, not a mirror polish: marks of use will appear with time
• Each integrated tool is functional but smaller than a dedicated tool, so if you want very precise cuts, a separate guillotine cutter is worth keeping
• The unit ships without butane, so fill it following the inflation instructions before first use

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it include butane?

No. Due to shipping rules for pressurized products, the lighter arrives empty. You will need to buy a standard refillable butane can, sold at tobacconists and accessory shops.

How many functions does it actually have?

Six in one body: double-jet torch flame, V-cutter, straight cutter, cigar punch, draw enhancer, and a small cigar rest. The brand markets it as 5-in-1 because it groups the cutters and tools together as one carry solution.

Is it a good gift option?

Yes. It comes in a brand gift box, so no extra wrapping is needed. It works well as a birthday, Father's Day, anniversary, or Christmas gift for cigar smokers.

Does the V-cutter work for large ring gauge cigars?

The V-cutter makes a wedge cut in the head of the cigar and generally works well with medium and large ring gauges. For very thick ring gauges, testing first is wise: if the head is too wide, the cut may not be clean, and using the punch or a separate cutter is more reliable.

Can the lighter be used for kitchen or outdoor tasks?

Yes. The double-jet torch flame works for candles, stoves, BBQ grills, fireplaces, and light DIY jobs. It is not an industrial welding torch, but for general home ignition it is plenty.
